Upon your acceptance of this user’s agreement, the Institute grants to you a nonexclusive, revocable license to access our password-protected online services, provided that you agree to the following: 
This user’s agreement covers usage of the website content and services of the Canadian Dental Protective Association (“the Association”).  Please read this user’s agreement carefully.  At the end, you will be asked to accept this user’s agreement in order to and proceed.  If you do not wish to accept this usage agreement, you may choose the “decline” option, in which case you will not be able to access the Institute’s password-protected online services
 
1.  Use of the Services.  This site is owned and operated by the Canadian Dental Protective Association, a not-for-profit corporation registered in Canada.
 
Once you fulfill the registration protocol, you are welcome to use all the information and interact with our on-line services as you wish, respecting the limitations outlined in this Agreement.
 
2.  Copyright and Trademark Rights.  The Association holds all rights with respect to content on this website, with the exception of second- and third-party logos and other information that may be provided to the Institute through arrangements with those parties.  Users should not download or otherwise reproduce any graphics or site content without the express written permission of the Institute.
 
3.  Restrictions.  Users are not permitted to copy, duplicate or otherwise manipulate any content contained in this site, with the exception of downloadable forms, publications and other interactive on-line forms that are intended for member usage.  
 
Users are not permitted to create or post any information that is deemed offensive by either the Association Department of Public Affairs or the laws applicable in the country of Canada. 
 
Users are not permitted to transfer their password to others and agree not to attempt to log in more than once at the same time without specific permission of the webmaster or system administrator. 
 
4. No Warranty.  The Institute does not offer any warranty as to the services or content contained in any website covered by this user’s agreement.
 
5. Revocation. The Institute may, at its discretion and without notice, with or without cause, revoke your license to access the password-protected areas of this site and / or block your use of the password-protected online services.  In the event that we revoke your access to the password-protected portions of this site, we pledge to explain our reasons for doing so to you, via e-mail, within five business days.
 
6. Governing Law and General Provisions.  This user’s agreement will be governed by the laws of Ontario, and the laws of Canada applicable therin, excluding the application of its conflicts of law rules.  If any part of this user’s agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the user’s agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
